4. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using ARKTA products safely and only as instructed.

Cooling packs should only be used as intended with the ARKTA CoolCore™ Boxer Briefs and should not be applied directly to skin unless specifically stated as safe in the product instructions.

Do not use the product if the cooling pack is damaged, leaking, punctured, torn, or altered.

Do not cut, bite, microwave, overheat, boil, ingest, or misuse the cooling pack.

Stop using the product immediately if you experience pain, numbness, irritation, excessive cold, skin discomfort, or any adverse reaction.

ARKTA is not responsible for injury, damage, discomfort, or loss caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, modification, improper storage, improper cleaning, or use outside the intended purpose.

5. No Medical Claims

ARKTA products and content are not intended to provide medical advice.

We do not guarantee specific health, fertility, testosterone, reproductive, recovery, performance, or wellness outcomes.
