This policy explains how shipping, delivery times, customs, failed deliveries, and address issues are handled.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, product launches, sales, public holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout where available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated as a guaranteed service.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions shown at checkout.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to your location.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location, order value, selected shipping method, and available carrier services.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

ARKTA is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete, incorrect, or misspelled address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, does not collect the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or does not pay required customs or import charges, the order may be returned to sender.

If this happens, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, handling costs, customs fees, and any non-recoverable charges.

8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

ARKTA is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, import procedures, or unpaid customs charges.

9. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can happen.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Customs processing
• Incorrect addresses
• Public holidays
• Weather disruption
• Strikes or service disruption
• High seasonal demand
• Events outside our reasonable control

ARKTA is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your order may be lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

We may require a reasonable investigation period before issuing a replacement or refund.

If tracking confirms that the order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement unless the carrier confirms the parcel was lost or misdelivered.

11. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking details.

12. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If a product is sold as a pre-order or backorder item, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page or at checkout where applicable.

If there are significant delays, we will aim to keep customers updated.

13. Changes After Ordering

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address, shipping method, or order details.
